Delete Your Account
Applies to Kraflio accounts created on the web app, the Android app, or via Telegram. Deleting your account removes your account and all associated data as described below.
Option 1 — Delete from within Kraflio (fastest)
- Sign in to Kraflio on the web (kraflio.com) or in the Android app.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete Account and confirm.
Your login is disabled immediately and your account is scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email privacy@kraflio.com from the email address on your Kraflio account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We confirm ownership of that email, then delete the account and its associated data. We respond within 30 days (typically much sooner).
What gets deleted
- Your account and login access (immediately)
- Your email address, voice profile, and voice samples
- Your generated posts and drafts
- Connected-account access tokens (LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Instagram)
What may be retained, and for how long
Records we're required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, billing records) may be retained for up to 24 months, after which they are erased. To request earlier erasure where legally permitted, email privacy@kraflio.com. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
