Read this first: where Kraflio does not fit
These are not edge cases. They are the shape of the product today, and for some agencies any one of them is disqualifying. We would rather you find that out here than after paying.
One brand kit for the whole account
Kraflio stores a single brand kit — one logo, one palette, one tone — and every image it generates uses that one kit. There is no per-client visual identity, and upgrading does not unlock more. If each of your clients needs their own branded images out of this tool, Kraflio does not do that today.
One login, and no team access
Kraflio is one account operated by one person. There are no per-client user accounts, no role permissions and no separate logins for colleagues or clients. It suits an operator who writes everything themselves; it is not a workspace for a team to share.
One shared monthly allowance, not a per-client one
The 150 posts and 150 images are a single pool for the whole account. Split across five clients that is roughly 30 posts each a month, not 150 each.
No client approval workflow and no client-facing view
You approve drafts inside your own account. There is nothing to send a client for sign-off inside Kraflio, and no dashboard a client can log into.
No inbox, no DMs, no ads, no campaigns
Kraflio writes, schedules and publishes content. It does not manage messages, run paid campaigns or hold a campaign entity, so it does not replace a social suite that does those things.
It is not a ghostwriter
A ghostwriter interviews your client, decides what is worth saying and exercises editorial judgement. Kraflio does none of that. It learns a writing style from posts you supply and drafts in that style. The thinking stays yours.
What Business actually includes
- 150 posts a month, plus 20 long-form scripts. Two separate allowances — the long-form scripts do not come out of the post count.
- 150 generated images a month. Every one of them carries the account’s single brand kit, as described above.
- 5 voice profiles per platform. Across all 7 publishing targets that reaches 35 profiles, but only if all 7 are in use. The 7 targets sit across six networks — LinkedIn counts twice, because a personal profile and a Company Page are separate destinations.
- Scheduling and AutoPost. AutoPost publishes drafts you have approved; a publish job is refused if the asset was never approved in your account.
- Analytics, HD images and priority support are included on Business. Be clear on what “analytics” covers: content analytics — what was generated and published — work on every network, but engagement figures pulled back from the network itself are live on Bluesky, available on Instagram once you reconnect that account, and not yet available on LinkedIn, X, YouTube or TikTok.

Note the difference in what they are: the Foundera and Mylance figures are those publications’ surveys of category rates, while the Underdog Ghostwriting figure is that agency quoting its own price. How many clients can one Kraflio account write for?
Business holds 5 voice profiles per platform, so up to 5 different client voices on each network. Across all 7 publishing targets that is up to 35 profiles, but only if you use all 7. The monthly allowance is shared across every client, not granted per client.
Can each client have their own logo and colours on generated images?
No. Kraflio stores one brand kit per account — one logo, one palette, one tone — and every generated image uses it. Upgrading does not change this. If per-client image branding matters to you, this is the limitation to weigh before anything else on this page.
Does Kraflio replace a LinkedIn ghostwriter?
Not for what a ghostwriter actually sells. They bring interviews, strategy and editorial judgement; Kraflio drafts in a style learned from posts you supply. It replaces the typing, not the thinking — you still decide what is worth saying, and you still edit what comes back.
Does anything publish without my approval?
No. AutoPost publishes drafts that have been approved in your account, and the publish job is refused outright if the asset carries no approval. So nothing reaches a client's feed unless an approval was recorded against it first.
What does it cost?
